About Us

Kennedy, RA. What began as a design firm has now grown into one of the area’s largest and most respected design and build firms with a multi‐disciplined staff of professionals providing value‐added building solutions through design and build collaboration.

KAI is a minority-owned, MBE-certified AEC firm offering Design-Build, Architecture, MEP/FP Engineering, Interior Design, Master Planning, Program/Constrution Management and Disaster Recovery. We believe in doing the right things, not just doing things right.

Design-Build Pre-Engineered Metal Buildings

We have partnered with Rigid Global Buildings as their preferred vendor for the Midwest Region. As a “design and build” firm, we offer both award-winning design services (architecture, interior design and engineering) and build services (program, project and construction management) all under one roof. Our goal is to incorporate these two strengths to deliver the best value, solution, and people to achieve your vision, budget and schedule.  The result is a coordinated, efficient process that saves you time and resources

Rigid's metal buildings offer lower construction cost, quick turn-around, design flexibility, structural stability, and energy efficiency. Please see the Metal Buildings tab for more information on the benefits and types of metal buildings available.
